How does GYMBR work?

GYMBR offers exclusive deals by local fitness venues. We use the power of group purchasing to negotiate the pricing. Each deal requires a minimum amount of purchasers in order to be valid. Once the minimum is met, the deal "tips".

What does new customers only mean?

If you have not been to the venue within the past 12 months, then you are considered a new customer unless the deal details say otherwise.

What if the deal does not reach the minimum number of purchasers (or does not tip)?

If the deal does not reach the minimum number, the deal is not valid and you will not be charged for the purchase. So, if you REALLY want it... tell your friends about it too!

Am I billed as soon as I purchase the deal?

No, you are only billed if the deal tips by reaching the minimum number of purchasers.

Do I have to become a member of the fitness venue?

No, you get to experience what the venue has to offer at a great deal without the requirement of becoming a member.

What if I already have a gym membership?

Then GYMBR is perfect for you because you can keep that membership and try a few new things out to switch up your routine. There is no membership required.

Can I buy the deal for someone else?

Yes, just use the "buy as gift" feature. Once again you will not be charged until the deal tips. An Adobe PDF file will be available in your GYMBR account once the deal is tipped. You are responsible for delivering the gift information to the recipient.

Can I combine the deal with any other coupons or offers?

No, not unless previously stated by the venue owner.

Will I be notified when the deal tips?

Yes, we will notify you by email when it tips. Don't forget, once the deal tips the charges will be processed to your payment method.

How long is a deal valid?

Deals can sell out at anytime based on the maximum buyers limit. If you purchased a deal, you must contact the venue before the expiration date.

What if my deal expired?

All offers/deals must be redeemed before the expiration date. All expired deals are null and void.

How do I redeem my voucher?

Venue owners will be notified of the buyers on each sold/valid deal. You do not need to print out your order. Just remember to bring your identification with you to redeem your offer. Some deals require you to call ahead. Please check each offer for instructions.

Will there be new deals on the site?

We are always negotiating with new venues to get the best deals. New deals will be posted regularly.
